ARC logoARC Dance Academy London’s fun and friendly ballet, contemporary and creative dance classes for children ages 4 up, taught by ex-professional dancers.

The LittleARC classes are a creative, fun and friendly introduction to dance where ballet and contemporary steps are introduced and developed using imaginative themes and stories. The core of these beginner classes will focus on the foundations of all dance technique. Including musicality, rhythm, co-ordination, balance, expression, spatial awareness and creativity. The classes will consist of patterns and direction, solo, partner and whole class creative work to develop and explore movement vocabulary and expression through improvisation to music.

Pregnancy yoga in the beautiful and light Ivy Room starting on Sunday 6th January from 10am-11am (with time for tea afterwards) Classes are designed to slow it all down, make time for you and your baby, to work through poses to help strengthen and create space for your baby to grow and to encourage them into optimal birthing position, to learn breathing techniques for relaxation and to make new mum friends in your area. No need to commit to a block, you can pay for 6 classes and use when suits you- although coming every week would be the ideal! All props are provided. Welcome to complete yoga beginners, or those with experience. Contact me to book in, space is limited.

Beginners Donation-Based Yoga Class @ The Green - Ivy Room

Practice Hatha Yoga (movement based Yoga) an introduction into Vinyasa Flow (Yoga that finds a fluidity between movement and breath) exploring a beginners approach. Where the asanas (yoga poses) will be broken down to ensure a strong foundation to your yoga practice.

Dru Yoga @ The Green - Ivy Room

Dru Yoga is a fun, friendly, mixed ability yoga class which doesn’t take it self too seriously. You will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!

Yoga is so much more than a work out…In our modern, hectic, busy and stressful lives – Yoga can simply help us to restore and re-nourish us back to the whole.

Dru Yoga classes are designed to be warm, friendly and inclusive for all levels – we start with a fun and lively warm up to protect the joints and muscles, we then work through a flowing sequence of postures which are rooted in ancient Yogic tradition, and end with a wonderful relaxation.

This style of Yoga can offer many benefits including:

*Improved stamina and flexibility

*Increased core strength and muscle tone

*Helps to relieve back pain
